This is a diverse role with the opportunity to work with and learn from an experienced team, and for a company expanding their client base in the South West region. The successful candidate will need to understand the benefits of excellent customer service and be a proactive and dedicated person.
Applicants must be good communicators with the ability to work well under pressure, and on their own initiative. Regular customer site visits are required for routine support and installations, or maintenance that cannot be completed remotely.
Due to us often working within schools, the successful candidate will need to pass an enhanced DBS check as they commence employment.

Microsoft Windows OS installation and support experience
Microsoft Office 365 installation and support experience
Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory configuration and troubleshooting experience
Azure AD experience desirable
NAS/SAN configuration beneficial
Understanding of security and GDPR beneficial
Microsoft Group Policy, Permissions and configuration experience
Windows desktop and Microsoft Office administration
Mac OS X installation and updates, and PC troubleshooting experience
Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP experience
Good Understanding of Routers, Firewalls, wireless and physical networks experience
